Bio for Bach breaks barriers.
Pardon me I was overcome with alliteration. This book is a brief but detailed synopsis of Bach's life and experiences. Good book for those who just want to learn about "The Man", but don't want to read a 300 page book. :) Has a complete BWV listing of his works!

Critical analysis
last chance for Sunrise:
This is a wonderfully writen book. The action keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. While the action is intense there is more than sufficient character developement and plot twist to give the reader more than just an empty feeling from reading a thrashy romance novel.
The writing style Mr. Sebastian enploys, also gives the reader a wonderful visual feel for all of the exodic settings that the story weaves trough. A must read!!

The Little Mermaid: Sebastian's Story (A Golden Super Shape Book)
Published in Paperback by Golden Books Pub Co Inc (March, 1992)
Authors: J. Colby and John Kurtz
Average review score:

An Interesting Look at "The Little Mermaid"
This book is very interesting. It is a picture book story of Disney's "The Little Mermaid." It is unique among books in that is is the story told from the point of view of Sebastian the crab. The book expresses Sebastian's emotions and understandings, and is an interesting look at the Disney film. It may help kids understand that there are perspectives to events other than what they are shown in the movies.

The Marvelous Misadventures of Sebastian: Grand Extravaganza Including a Performance by the Entire Cast of the Gallimaufry Theatricus

A warm and charming adventure
This is a story about an adventure that starts by mistake. (Well, it must have been a mistake.) The usual themes of good and evil, courage and loyalty, are woven together with quiet humor

Meg at Sixteen (Sebastian Sisters)
Published in Hardcover by Bantam Doubleday Dell Pub (Juv (March, 1990)

The Sebastian Sisters.
I liked it. In order to get the full benefit I think you should read them all, starting with Evvie, and going down in order of age of the girls. Meg is actually their mother. The beginning was a little much to take, when they just fell in love so suddenly, and their aunt was so unbelievably strict. It was almost silly how strict she made the circumstances. No, it was silly. But you need to remember that this was a while ago. Towards the end I started to get into it, and above everything, I think she should have written more about what Meg and Nick's life was like before their children, and after they get away from her aunt. Some of the story was a little too unbelievable (Meg was going to be sent to a sanitarium for falling in love). So I think she should have elaborated more, maybe in a new book because she could get some interesting stories developing.

On the Edge
Published in Paperback by Millivres Books (September, 1992)
Author: Sebastian Beaumont

What a terrific debut
Being a big fan and avid reader of coming of age novels, I was pleasantly suprised to find this novel so literate. The continuous "edge" that flows throughout this work is both engrossing and mature, as well as having terrific humor that is and is not necessarily British. Though this novel labors throughout with its sadness, the journey is life-lifting and enormously hopeful. This one stays in my collection!

St. John Passion in Full Score
Published in Paperback by Dover Pubns (November, 1993)
Author: Johann Sebastian Bach
Average review score:

This is a wonderful synopsis of the history of Danube Swabian Germans. Although light on content for true history buffs, it is a nice primer, full of pictures drawn by Sebastian Leicht the author.
